Growing up....

My little baby boy is changing and growing up sooooo much. He is becoming my little boy. Birthday number one is not far off and Wesley is standing very well and beginning to do some serious crusing.

He is also begininng to eat more grown up foods like cheese, green beans and potatoes.

Another day of fun at Moody Gardens!

First to Palm Beach....

I do have to say this was not the best part for Wesley, still too young for the slides and his first experience with sand was not the best....

Once we got into the water, he was a much happier little boy :-)

Next...off to the Rainforest Pyramid. This is a favorite for everyone. There is something new to see each time we go.

It is amazing how much more attentive to his surroundings Wesley is this time.

The monkeys are loose in the pyramid, we all thought that was pretty cool.

Mommy really loves this picture....it looks like they are kissing....how sweet!

The day is finally over....it was a very long day and we were all VERY, VERY tired....

until we go again!

Fun at the J

A day of fun in the sun at the JCC.

Justin and Makayla had a blast playing on the splash pad and swimming in the pool.Wesley is still a little too small for the splash pad but still had fun in the pool with Mommy and Daddy!
After swimming we all went to Grandma and Aunt Kay's house for hamburgers, bird watching and one of Wes' favorites..... Wind Chimes.

Pizza contest......

We went to visit Grandma Boochie, Uncle Dwight and my Cousin Ronjit for a pizza contest at Pulcinella.

Note from Mom and Dad: This is the best Pizza EVER!!!!

Wes was doing some serious flirting with one of the patrons....it was too funny!

We had a blast this year and Grandma & Aunt Kay's and Uncle Al's!

My Cousin Reagan brought over his fancy Lawn Mower and I just loved it! I am not quite to the walking stage yet but with a little help from Uncle Preston it sure seemed like it.

luckily my Cousin doesn't mind sharing....

I love the outdoors; here I am with Uncle Al watching the birds and squirells.

It was surprisingly cool for July....here's the proof we went swimming.

After all the festivities we went to eat at Saltgrass.

Now THAT is tired :-)
